RAW Desperate to split the Military – RFMF don’t bite

470_fiji4

They tried it with Driti now its Roko Ului’s turn.  Why would Ului make it public that he was going to remove Frank? think about it!!!

From RFN

We can confirm that majority of Lauans are backing Ului Mara to remove Frank Bainimarama and to take Fiji back to  election. (Really and where did you get this piece of information from, plucked it out of your asses again!)

But sources say (Can imagine what sources these are) that Frank will undoubtedly try to marginalise Ului Mara from his position of power within Fiji’s Military Forces, something he hasn’t been able to achieve so far. (Can you read this with a straight face, this makes us laugh right out loud)

There are also talks that Frank was to have been arrested upon his return from Vanuatu ( since when is the PM in Vanuatu???) but Ului Mara saved Frank telling him that from that day forward, Frank must realise that it is he, Ului, who is in control from behind the scene.

Will he do it? (Wasn’t this what they were asking Driti just a few weeks ago?)

We really don’t know! (Yes RAW you know NOTHING, at least you got that right, so why blog this rubbish)

Only Ului Mara can answer that one! (We doubt that Mara even knows this site exists, let alone reads it and what exactly would he answer??? )

Next story that is even funnier than the first!

Revelations from within indicate that tyrant Frank Bainimarama is very uncomfortable with Ului Mara’s recent attempts to win the people of Lau’s hearts and minds.

Frank knows that when it comes to real power, Ului Mara is no doubt the most powerful man in Fiji right now. (Can we move on from this ‘SPLIT IN THE MILITARY THING’ the rumours have been circulating for years and NOTHING ever comes of it, OUR SOURCE withing the Military Council says ‘THERE IS NO SPLIT, NEVER WAS A SPLIT AND WONT BE A SPLIT’

It is he who controls not only the troops at the military camp (Shit this guy is head of the 3FIR of course he controls troops.. idiots!)  but his birthright also gives him the added advantage of having pockets of support from his huge extended family.

  1. Yes well Raw Fiji has been trying for over a year to cause a split in the military. they have not suceeded because the Military take no notice, so RFN save your breath.

  2. It’s not going to be Driti, Ului or Roko DRUI..

  3. Read this article, it appeared in one of the dailies on Aug 04, 2009. This is a clear indication that the majority want to move foward. Bark as much as you like RAW.

    People’s charter

THREE major districts in the Lau province recently changed their stance expressing support for the State’s proposed Peoples Charter. The districts of Lomaloma, and Yasayasa Moala that includes Totoya, Matuku and Moala sought forgiveness from the chairman of the Lau Provincial Council Roko Tevita Uluilakeba Mara at its provincial meeting in Suva last week. In June last year, representatives of the charter team to Lau were opposed by these districts however they have since sought forgiveness and expressed support for the charter and the current administration as well as developments for their provinces

  5. I left a comment on that article in Raw Fiji News. Later today I saw that they have published an edited version of my comment taking out the hard hitting parts which smacks them in their faces.

I think bloggers and supporters of Raw Fiji News are underestimating the support the current government is truly getting from the people of Fiji.

In a twist of irony, what the coups of 87 and 2000 have done for the people of Fiji was make us more smarter. Smarter to discern and be able to rationalise the truth and just in Bainimarama’s action to take away the leadership from Qarase and his SDL cronies.

Its common knowledge amongst the majority of the people of Fiji that coup 87 and 2000 were never really about indigenous Fijians. There are many ways to prove the fallacy of those coups and this is really the reason why many people are supporting Bainimarama’s move to reset the button and create a new Fiji.

Although people may still have their doubts here and there, at the end of the day, a lot of people understand fully what Bainimarama is trying to do.

The only people who are against Bainimarama today are those whose comfort zones were taken away from them.

Thinking people knows that what Bainimarama is doing will create lasting peace amongst all races in this country.

Thinking people also knows that institutions created by the colonialists to look after the affairs of indigenous Fijians have gone past their used by dates.

We are in the 21st century now and why should we be stuck in the 20th century?

  12. I know this is a bit rude to ask but can you reply in English so we can understand what you are saying and have our say also. I am sure theres are great comments but it excludes all of us that cant understand fijian.. sorry please dont take offence i just want to be part of the conversations. thanks

  13. @bystander

I’ll say this in jest and I hope you don’t get offended…

Why don’t you learn our language? We’ve learned your language so might as well do the same for us.

We’ve spent twice the energy to learn your lingo whereas you didn’t spend any time at all.

    lolzzz…..

OK, I’ll explain later what myself and qaiyarayara were squabbling about. Just give me a bit of time to write it down.

  14. I agree with you vitivou and i dont take offence to it, you are correct.

but also there are those that come to this site from overseas such as media etc, would also like them to know what is going on from the people. I always enjoy reading your postings.

  15. Bystander

If that is so and than people should stop swearing others on this blog. Show you frustration else where. You have your view others have their view also.

It’s only certain people think this blog is theirs and they can tell off anybody that say their views.

    bodoh.

  16. bystander…sorry about the lingo mate……you have to understand some of us..like myself…reside overseas….and we miss our mother tongue…im sorry about that…

  17. Vitivou & butadroka,

Both your comments are highhanded & arrogant to say the least. Bystander has rightly echoed sentiments that slot will agree with. If you wish to blog about how good your hereo, babana in pajamas is then do it with style. Don’t use low level gutter talks esp you Vitivou.

What are you made of? Steel or iron rod or stones? You appear to strike us as if you don’t have any human element left in you. Or are you so sucking up to the current regime so much, your ‘mona esa vesu tu’? Shame on you!!!

qaiqaiyara, have truly indicated what many civil servants who have had to be axed @ age 55yrs so that their salaries can sustain Fiji’s coffers & pay thuggeries like yourself & your bunch of crooks that are running the govt now.

Get real, the world is watching you & one day you will have to stand up & answer up to your follies.

    May God Bless Fiji.

  18. i belive that 55 is a good age to retire…
why work hard all your life till 60 or 65 and then at retirement you end up too old to enjoy the world as you would have if you had retired at 55..??
most people who retire at 60 or 65 just end up with so much stress related problems that they cant enjoy their retirement, giving arise to health problems which in the end makes them a burden to themselfs, their families and their country…just retire at 55.. and enjoy what time you have left with your families. see the world while you can….appreciate what the creator has made for you while you have the chance…DONT WORK LIKE A DOG AND END UP DEAD AS A LOG.

  19. Brian,
Thats a western model you’re referring to. Ain’t work for us Fiji people at least for the grassroots. Fiji is already a country torn apart by coup cultures & these ‘nau’ (s), tata (s), momo(s), etc that are being forced to retire knew that their retirement plans will come into play @ age 65yrs. They all had 10 more good years to plan for that & not be axed all too sudden to fill the military regime’s coffers as the case is now in Fiji.

Which brings back the point that your model will not work for Fiji at this point in time. Thats the raw truth.

  20. To: FijiTruth

I’m flabbergasted at your comments. Are you trying to say that you start planning your retirement @ the age of 55????? You must be joking right? Vakasama cava qori gonei??

What happens to your family if you kick the bucket so to speak at 54?

When you have a family to look after planning should already be made into reality. Work hard from the beginning and by the time you reach 50 you should actually start contemplating and subsequently savouring retirement.

I know our culture demans a lot from us in terms of committments to the vanua, na oga etc but you can’t tell me that you can’t put aside 50 buck minimum a fortnight as savings…..

    Get REAL mannnn!!!! Ulukau!

  21. Brisco,
wow, wow, who’s the ‘ulukau/bavulu’ here? Talk about utter miscontrue if facts given – hey might pay for yoy to just relax & read the deatils of my argument ok. Stop jumping the gun!!

point 2 – yr point if someone kicks the bicket @ age 54 is a different issue. GOT THAT!!

THE POINT WE ARE MAKING IN OUR COMMENTS ARE:
    – THIS REGIME HAS FORCEFULLY AXED CIVIL SERVANTS IN FIJI WHO HAVE REACHED AGED 55YRS WITH ALMOST NO COMEPNSATION!! ESA LALA NA TAGA NI MATANITU NI SA LEVU NA NONAI DINAU HEHEHE!!! HAVE YOU HEARD OF THE TITANIC SYNDROME – THATS WHAT FIJI REGIME HAS PUT FIJI & ITS PEOPLE THRU!!

ps – don’t worry about what we have planned about our retirement thats besides the point & none of your business. You should worry about what this regime is doing to Fiji & its people – driving its economy aground.
SA DRI YANI & PLEASE DO’NT WASTE OUR TIME AS WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY MORE OF THIS POSTING!!

  22. FIJI TRUTH….

What on earth do you mean by no compensation at the age of 55????? What planet are you on???? Definitely not on earth!

Do you know an establishment with the abb FNPF? Let me spell it out for you…Fiji National Provident Fund, where one can access his retirement money as a one off lump-sum or as pension.

And as civil servants, they should have enough to sustain themselves throughout their remaining years on the planet earth.

Talking about civil servants being axed at 55, your Master Lai Qarase in his tenure from 2000 to 2006 iterated time and time again that the civil service was bloated and needed downsizing.

This is exactly what my hero and heroes are doing. Duh!!!

  23. AND GET YOUR SPELLING RIGHT FIJI TRUTH IF YOU WANT TO ACT SMART!!!!

  24. Brisco,
Levula vei iko na qaciqacia kei na dokadoka. Dou vakaloloma taki keimami nai Taukei.

ps. If Fiji Truth’s spelling is bothering you than soemthing is wrong with your brain. The fact of the matter: anyone with common sense can deduce the message being given. Get real. This is not a classroom setting!! Anyone writer can please themselves whether they spell the words correctly or incorrectly just as how you & your bunch of thugs are miscontruing the term “Fiji Truths” in Essence!!!
Please do not waste our time on this rhetoric because you’re just a bunch of loosers!

  25. @na dina!”bunch of loosers” ?????? I cannot see VB & co loosing !!!! they have won!!! and that is what you losers cannot swallow!!! get over it!!! it’s there in your face!!! ……get it!!!!!

  26. @ Na Dina….or is it “Na Lasu”..Get real man and look around you. Developments are taking place all over the place…slowly but surely.

Just giving you a small example….

Qarase had 6 years yes 6 long years to build a bridge in rural Tailevu. It took VB and his winners 2 years to build it.

Qarase had a 36 minister (inclusive of state ministers, assistant ministers and CEOs) govt.

VB? Only an 8 minister govt. More improvements.

So who’s the winner here huh? A 36 member govt all paid from us the taxpayers or the 8 minister govt???

As my amigo S. Raqiqi said “Get over it!!!! It’s there in your face!!!”.

  27. VB taking over the ENTIRE government is not a “win – win” situation. To claim that he is SAVING the money that he STEALS from taxpayers as a dictator is absurd.

This government is called a dictatorship. Look it up. Try Google.

And as for it “all being over”, I seriously doubt it. Sooner, rather than later, VB and his team of cretins are going to fall, and fall hard. HIstory is their crystal ball, their judge and their executioners.

VB will be remembered as a man who wrestled disaster from the jaws of our economic and social security, plunging this nation into debt, international condemnation and ridicule and all with a complete disregard for its people. Your words “improvement” are so misplaced that they really are an insult. Building bridges in Tailevu, though laudable, is but a pinprick in the ocean of criminal mismanagement perpetrated by this regime. In any event, the public works in this country are performed by public servants, not dictators. Thank the past governments for that – not this one.

  28. Too much talk in here.. What’s the point? The fact is no matter how much you holler, at the end of the day it changes nothing. You will realise that you have wasted your time, money and precious energy by jotting down a few worthless words that will do nothing to move Fiji forward but add to the stressful situation you are in already..
